Specs: Face:  Very important. Also you must get profile right to really capture Garland's face. Photo attached. Auburn Hair.  Notice how her hair is rolled-up on each side, just above her forehead. Brown Eyes.  Notice how they look and how wide apart her eyebrows are. Body/Torso:   Male/Teenage boy-like. See torso photo attached. Judy Garland at this age was barrel shaped.  NO female bust/chest, NO tight waist. NO hourglass figure. Clothing: Pinafore is designed with a high waist, giving skirt section a long appearance. Blue and white COTTON gingham, with off-white cotton blouse featuring blue rick-rack trim. Light blue ribbons in hair, blue socks. Ruby Slippers (photo attached).
