Antique Devil marionette in perfect condition

This beautiful devil is a very original marionette. Not only does he have a detailed face, he also has carved teeth and a movable jaw. Instead of one leg, he has a hoof and he is wearing a beautiful coat with fur around his neck. His leg is strewn with hair and he also has an interesting haircut carved from wood.

Štěpán Zálešák

Štěpán Zálešák (1874] - 1945) was a Czech sculptor and carver. He specialized mainly in sacred art, he also devoted himself to restoration work.
