Dear seller, I am very disappointed ! Yesterday I received a product I bought from you. I bought it as a gift for someone very dear to me on the occasion of a very important event. I work on a very low salary and have been saving for a very long time to buy this gift. When my friend opened his gift I was ashamed to see that everything was broken! The eye had fallen out of place, the lungs were smashed and there were broken pieces of skelleton everywhere. I realised that this was because the present had not been wrapped well in itʼs package! It should have been wrapped with a protective layer because it is fragile! In addition, I did not get the wings as promised me I would get! I paid so much money and I expected to get something that was at least presented normally and responsibly! I am very upset and disappointed.
